Blueprint #1: TwoSmallFarms.com
Type: Expired domain
Niche: Gardening, Organic
Source: SeoDN.com
Age: 18 years
AHREFS:
Backlinks: Backlinks from Crossfit, USCS, Simple Recipes, SFWeekly, TheKitchn, and 150 other referring domains.
Site History:
TwoSmallFarms was a community-supported agriculture (CSA) business. They provided organic food to residents in Santa Cruz County, Monterey County, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley in California. On their site, it states, “By joining the CSA, you can experience a wide variety of farm-fresh organic produce throughout our growing season. Every week you can pick up a generous share of seasonal produce at any one of several convenient locations.”
Here is a snapshot of the past site:
Listed Price: $399
Growth Blueprint
This domain can continue on its original topic of organic food farming. An authority site can be created covering all topics of organic foods, healthy eating, and more.
This is what I would do:
Write informative articles on organic gardening
Write articles on CSAs located by city/state in the US, also educate people on CSAs
Write reviews and buying guides for gardening-related products
Collect emails and start a gardening newsletter with tips and tricks
Launch an e-commerce farm-to-table organic food delivery business (e.g., Farm Fresh To You)
Monetization can happen with digital products, Clickbank products related to gardening, Amazon, and display ads. There are many avenues to earn revenue with gardening sites.
Blueprint #2: Na-Pizza.com
Type: Expired domain
Niche: Food
Source: Niche Website Builders
Age: 2012
AHREFS:
Backlinks: Notable backlinks from Washington Post, Times of San Diego, Thrillist, Airbnb, Michelin, Zagat, Visit California, and 183 other referring domains.
Site History:
The website in the past was home to a pizzeria located in California. They focused on organic, gluten-free pizzas, and had several locations.
Here is a snapshot of the past site:
Listed Price: This is a package deal for the domain, site build, and content:
Domain: $2,899
Site Build + 100K content: $6,495
Total: $9,394
Growth Blueprint
This domain would make for a perfect authority site on how to cook the best pizza, all the recipes involved, and tools needed to DIY.
This is what I would do:
Write informative content on pizza, in general. For example, the history of Pizza around the world, how to cook pizza, among other topics
Do in-depth individual product reviews of pizza cookware (e.g., indoor and outdoor ovens, pans)
Write buying guide articles
I would keep this site focused on content only monetized by display ads, Amazon Associates, and other affiliate programs.
A few competitors you can mimic:
Artisan Pizza Kitchen (similar expired domain of a restaurant)
Pizza Oven Reviews (UK site)
With my research, I was not able to find a very mature authority site dedicated to DIY pizza. Most are very niche sites like above, or the big sites like Business Insider, Spruce Eats, Good Housekeeping, among others. There is room here for an authority site.
The majority of the backlinks are pointing to the homepage of the site. Therefore, make sure to funnel the traffic from the home to inner articles using internal linking tactics.
Blueprint #3: DoNotDPFDelete.green
Note: This site is live on Flippa. However, this is a site that I actually purchased, grew, and flipped to the current owner on April 2019. Here is the original listing by me and the new listing.
Type: Existing content site
Niche: Automotive
Source: Flippa (see listing)
Revenue: $178/month over last 12-months via Ezoic and Amazon Associates
I was able to find the old screenshots and P&L back from 2019. You can download it here.
AHREFS:
Google Analytics traffic:
Growth Blueprint
Pros:
Low competition topic
Diversified traffic to many different pages
Cons:
On a traffic decline since the end of last year
Not a ton of keywords to target
Non-expert written content
Here are my recommend easy wins with this site:
Add an above-the-fold Ezoic ad placement to increase revenue
Add a fixed-widget Ezoic ad on the sidebar (high RPM potential)
Monetize with Amazon CA and the UK in addition to the US
Remove Featured Image and social media share links on all articles. These are distractions.
Auto-hide table of contents on all articles. This takes up too much site space otherwise
Add related posts at end of articles
These are the type of easy wins I cover in my battle-tested database over at EasyWins.io.

Final Takeaways
The website has been around since early 2018. However, it has declined in traffic since the November 2019 Google update. The site has stabilized now so I would only pay a multiple on the last 6-months of average earnings.
The new owner can add more authority to the current content, improve the CRO according to the easy wins above, and add new content over time. The site has backlinks from industry-relevant sites/forums such as CumminsForums and TruckNews. However, 2-3 more relevant backlinks would give the site more authority.
Overall, I like niche topics that are evergreen like this one. Take a look and let me know if questions.
Blueprint #4: TapeWrite.com
Type: Expired domain
Niche: Technology, Podcasting
Source: ODYS.global
Age: 2015 (5 years old)
AHREFS:
Backlinks: Notable backlinks from Product Hunt, PodBean, Spreaker, Podchaser, Journalism UK, and 171 other referring domains.
Site History:
TapeWrite was a social platform where anyone could publish, listen to, and discuss audio. Publishers could upload audio tracks and place a “card” at specific moments in the audio which would show up for listeners. These cards, or what they call Tapes, can feature additional commentary by publishers. Listeners could also interact by leaving comments. TapeWrite was used by podcasters mostly.
Here is a snapshot of the past site:
Listed Price: $1,790
Growth Blueprint:
Podcasting has grown significantly over the past 5 years. This is a great topic to start an authority business.
This is what I would do:
Write guides on starting a podcast media company for beginners. You can discuss the A to Z of podcasting.
Do in-depth individual product reviews of podcast equipment
Write buying guide articles
Put together a digital product of the step-by-step guide, tools, etc. of starting a podcast
Start consulting to help new podcasters
This site can be monetized with consulting, digital products, display ads, Amazon Associates, and other affiliate programs.
A notable competitor in this niche is Podcast Insights and Podcast Host.
