Hey. Unfortunately I don't have SOPs written out for content management. I use Trello. My writers and VA are added to Trello boards. I assign articles. Writers finish and attach a Word or Google Doc. VA formats. I review and post.

VA has Admin access into WP. Writers don't.

For expert writers that I have on my team, they hate getting content outlines. They like to write freely so I let them go ahead.
For non-expert writers, I provide a detailed content outline.
Uploader adds in basics in terms of the meta description. I do on-page SEO.
Images/screenshots the uploader does.
